How it started
Two cars sold. Disappointed twice.
In 2019 two friends in Utrecht both sold their car to a garage. Both had the feeling they received too little, without knowing whether there was a better option somewhere.
That evening a simple question arose: what if multiple buyers could bid on the same car at the same time? Not the seller driving from garage to garage, but buyers coming to the seller.
That idea became EerlijkBod. A platform where competition between buyers leads to a better outcome for the seller. Simple, but it didn't exist yet.
